Client Director/Matchmaker

Seattle is seeking a focused candidate with a proven track record of success to grow with us in one of the most dynamic and fastest growing industries in the country.

Our clients expect an energetic and “recruiter-minded” individual to offer expertise and guidance during the interview process, as well as provide a realistic picture of potential matches for them within our service. Our fast-paced environment requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively!

Minimum Candidate Requirements:
•Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/sales experience with consultative skills. This includes a proven track record of consultative presentations and client retention.
•Results-oriented professional with self-confidence, perseverance and a dynamic personality.
•Able to develop rapport quickly as well as continue existing client relationships.
•Prior experience and achievement working in an organization that provides monthly and annual production targets based on individual performance.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong telephone and client communications.
•Top candidates for this position will be confident, well-spoken, organized, and enthusiastic about our unique concept.
•Able to target and develop clients through existing database and contacts. Successful candidates are proven to succeed on the phone.
•Provide a consultative approach to meet with clients to evaluate their needs and recommend solutions to ensure expectations are being met.
•Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual performance.

*A 4 year degree is strongly preferred.
*This position is not Account Mgmt or Outside Sales oriented.

Client Date Coordinator

We are a well respected organization with a nationally recognized brand for over 20 years, featured in The New York Times, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Seattle Metropolitan Magazine and on the CBS Early Show and The Today Show.

We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Date Coordinator to work in our busy Seattle location. We schedule over 900 first dates every month for our Seattle Clients! Successful candidates will manage all aspects of customer service, which include, but are not limited to:

• Must be capable of handling a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Ability to multi task, prioritize, organize and manage daily objectives while managing a multi-line telephone system.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a high energy, positive attitude with great phone manners and a high level of confidence conversing with clients on the phone.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Provide leadership and great customer service.
• Must be a focused listener.
• Love to hear about client’s dates and discuss dating!!

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in a service or sales related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power-Point and Microsoft Outlook.
• Previous consultative sales experience is a plus.
• Prior work experience in marketing and social media experience is a plus.
